Questions people actually ask

Grouped by topic. If yours is not here, call us and we will answer it properly.

Four things drive the price: the volume of goods, the distance, the packing grade you choose, and access at both ends - floor, lift availability and how far the truck can park. We survey your home in person or over video, agree the inventory, and issue an itemised quotation. That figure does not change unless the actual volume or access turns out to be materially different from what was surveyed, and we tell you before proceeding if it is.

It is final for everything listed on it. The only additions are statutory charges - octroi, tolls, state entry permits and parking fees where a society charges them - which we bill at actuals with receipts attached. We do not add labour, material or vehicle charges on the day.

25% of the quoted value confirms your booking and blocks the vehicle and crew for your date. The balance is due before unloading starts at the destination. Corporate customers can arrange credit terms in advance.

Bank transfer, UPI, credit and debit cards, and cheque for corporate accounts. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.

Yes, and there is no obligation attached. Whether it is an on-site visit or a video walkthrough, you get the quotation and decide in your own time.

Bubble wrap and foam sheets for fragile items, corrugated rolls for furniture edges, stretch film for upholstery, double-walled cartons for books and kitchenware, and purpose-built wooden crates for televisions, mirrors and artwork. Material is included in the quoted price.

Yes - that is what we call partial packing, and it costs less. Note that our liability for damage is limited on cartons you packed yourself and we have not surveyed, so we usually suggest letting us handle anything fragile.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, modular units, dining sets and gym equipment are dismantled at origin and reassembled at the destination. Fittings are bagged and labelled per unit so nothing goes missing. Modular kitchens and fitted units are quoted separately because they usually need a carpenter.

Cash, jewellery, share certificates and personal documents should travel with you. We also cannot carry inflammables, gas cylinders, explosives, corrosives, perishable food or live plants on long interstate routes where they will not survive.

Yes, if you have booked unpacking. Our crew clears all cartons, bubble wrap and film when they finish. If you are unpacking yourself, we can collect the material later by arrangement.

A local move of a 2 BHK is typically a single day, 8 AM to 6 PM. Intercity moves under 500 km usually deliver in 2 to 3 days; longer routes run 4 to 7 days depending on permits and route restrictions. We commit to a delivery window in writing at booking.

Yes. Every vehicle carries a GPS unit, and once loading begins you get a tracking link that shows the vehicle on a live map with its current position, distance covered, remaining distance and estimated arrival. You can also see it in your account under the booking.

Two weeks is comfortable. Month-end, weekends and the March to June peak fill up faster, so three to four weeks is safer then. We do take same-week bookings when we have capacity.

Tell us as soon as you know. Rescheduling more than 72 hours before the pickup slot is free, subject to availability. Inside 72 hours a 10% rescheduling fee applies because the vehicle and crew are already committed.

Transit insurance is optional and charged at 3% of the value you declare. It is all-risk cover from loading at origin to unloading at destination, including any storage period we have been paid for. We strongly recommend it on interstate moves.

Record it on the inventory sheet at delivery before signing, and confirm in writing within 48 hours. We acknowledge within two working days, inspect where needed, and settle within 21 working days of receiving the documents. If insurance is in place our coordinator files and follows the claim on your behalf.

Pre-existing damage recorded at survey, items you packed yourself that we did not survey, mechanical or electrical failure with no external sign of impact, and cash, jewellery or documents.

Yes. Goods are inventoried, palletised and stored in our own warehouses in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Chennai. Storage is billed monthly with a one-week minimum.

Climate-controlled bays are available at our Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad facilities. They are worth it for wooden furniture, artwork, electronics and documents, particularly through the monsoon.

Yes. Give us 24 hours notice for a partial retrieval and 48 hours for a full release. Goods are palletised and indexed, so we can pull specific items without emptying the unit.

From the surveyed volume. A 1 BHK typically fits a Tata 407, a 2 BHK an Eicher 14 ft, a 3 BHK an Eicher 17 or 19 ft, and a villa a 20 or 32 ft container. Sending the right size matters - an oversized vehicle lets goods shift in transit.

Every crew member is on our payroll, police-verified, uniformed and carries photo identification. Please do not hand your goods to anyone who cannot show it.

Your car travels on a covered carrier, separately from the household consignment, and arrives with zero additional kilometres. Both movements are coordinated to arrive around the same time.
